about two weeks ago I left my phone the table and my kids got a hold of it ..I don't know what they done but it seems as if I'm without a O.S. i got it with gingerbread insfalled, then ICS 404,,I'd like to have it with jelly bean but I would settle for anything right now.somehow and I can't get past safestrap
I can get to where you can load 4 different ROMS, I guess is what that is., and I can also get to where I can start up in normal recovery (wipe data/factory restore,but it will not let me flash anything when it is attempt to restart it just goes past the Motorola logo and stays black
please help me save my phone because I really like it and I can't seem to root this galaxy S3(... and i really don't want to until after the next S3 update)

What phone is it? Moto or S3? I'm a bit confused. Just make sure you're flashing the right version for your phone...

I'm srry I thought I mentioned its a Droid 4
and I have tried to flash a few xt894(mine) AND xt910...

USB Debug is/was NOT checked,and I don't know how to it to check it..

Download the Droid 4 JB 4.1.2 fastboot files (fxz) and flash it with RSDLite (boot your phone in to AP Fastboot mode then flash from your computer).
Droid-Developers SBF

It will wipe the entire system (not internal storage or sdcard, just the OS) and write out the JB 4.1.2 OS completely. It's best to wipe your internal storage as well though this will erase anything you saved there (pics, etc..).

Re root with Razr_blade.

1 thought if in safestrap, battery will charge, when connected to charger
2. TBH Factory Adaptor
3.remove battery following Motorola Droid 4 Teardown including battery removal charge battery with external charger and/or replace with different battery

if you can still get to safestrap, you could restore my ics stock nandroid


or just flash Jellybean directly

No battery tounge is litterly broke cuz I didn't put it where kids couldn't find...its physically broke where the screws go
So I'm desprately trying to find one...too good of phone to let goto waiste
So if u got one for sale....
