I dont want the ICS ota. How to stop it?

Plain and simple I love my phone just the way it is. Now VZ is doing the OTA ICS update and I don't want it. What do I do to stop it? Please don't tell me I have to back to stock. Update and then walk back through my modding again?

If rooted then you can use Titanium Backup to freeze the updater file. This should disable your device from pulling updates.

Ill look at this. Im rooted and have rezrom and the amanra boot loader thingy... if I can freeze the file that's all I need. I keep reading about isissues with the ics here and there. I don't care to fix what isn't broken.
