I have no Gapps

I just flashed a rom, forgot about all the gapps.

so what do i do? i cant seem to find any gapps downloads for the galaxy nexus-there are many for other nexus'

do i just flash it like a rom...im very confused and hope i didnt do something very wrong.

any help is appreciated, thanks
