I have to exchange my defective DROID, what should I save?

Well my uSD card died. It isn't recognized in the DROID, my old phone, my card reader or a digital camera(with adaptor).

I was going to be getting a replacement through VZW. I am using the 4gb from my Voyager until then.

However, now when I mount the phone to my computer with USB cable, it sometimes drops the mount and then right away gets it back, but of course I have to tell it to mount again. It also reset on me twice, once today and once yesterday.

So now it looks like possible a phone issue.

What should I back up, write down, screen shot on my old DROID before I exchange it?

How are my paid apps handled? When I go to market, will it tell me what apps I had (free and paid) so I can restore them?
