I need help with handcent sms

I got the Handcent sms app from the app store and I can't figure out how to turn off the standard text so I ONLY receive the handcent.text messages? Plese help! Thx : )

Go to your stock messaging app go to settings and make sure notifactions is unchecked and then u should only receive notifactions from handcent.
