i need some help bad. long story short i tryed putting a new rom on my phone. didnt like it. so i tryed to take it off. now i have a black screen it says bootloader do.11 battery ok etc.... what the hell did i do and how did i get it back to normal

Did you do a nandroid backup before trying to install ? Do you have access to recovery ?

Can you please tell me what phone you have, what recovery you are using, how you removed the rom, did you make a backup prior to installing the rom?
