I NEEd Help!!!!!!!!

i having a droid 2 global, and today i was download the apps Lock 2.0, when im done it said download failed, after that the screen show Download Manager and it said( please wait while the default skin is being downloaded; application will start after the download has completed), that apps turn of my wireless and verizon). i can't get back to normal...

Can any tell me what should i do!!!!! PLEASEEEEEEEE

Now that that's out of the way....have you rebooted? Done a battery pull??
