I need Jelly Bean. Bootloader still locked need help

I'm still locked and unrooted. I originally tried Wugs tool kit and and wasn't able to install the samsung drivers. I think I read somewhere that it has something to do with
windows 7. Can someone help me get unlocked, through remote assistance preferably?

I am running windows 7. It took me several tries to get Wugs kit to get me unlocked and rooted.

How many times did you try? I spent most of an afternoon wrestling with it.

Multiple times lost count I uninstalled all drivers many times and attempted to start over many times

i had the same issue. i downloaded the latest version and did the steps manually one by one. and it finally worked. give that a try.

Try mskips tool kit. I don't have a link but Google search that it should come up. Its on version 7 I think
