Good Afternoon, all-

I just put $100.00 down on a Motorola Android X which will be used on the Verizon network. I was encouraged by a 62 year old friend that got his so he can keep up with technology.dancedroid

My current phone is an LG Dare and it has served me faithfully for about 2 years. I bought the Droid so I can listen to live radio, in particular conservative talk radio. Some of the objectives for joining this forum are:

To get tips/hints for
radio aps
gps aps

I'd also like to get recommendations for a good blue-tooth headset..something I could wear at work and at the gym. I would also like hints for efficiently arranging music on the phone.

I don't usually do that much posting on forums, just a lot of reading.

Enjoy the rest of your day,

Greg

:welcome: to the Droid Forum. Since you've got an X there really isn't much I can do for you and your interest, I can tell you that you really don't need apps for GPS. Google Maps has lots of built in features. And navigation is easy, most of the time you can navigate by using voice commands.

Hope you enjoy your X. Android in general has a learning curve to it but if you're willing to learn, we are here to help. :)
