i think i bricked my phone...

a few weeks ago their was a leaked version that i put on my phone. it also changed the bootloader to 30.4. i stupidly then tried to downgrade back to stock. my phone is now stuck on the motorola M. i can get to the bootloader and i can also get to the screen that lets you apply update.zip files. i have been reading threads and im just not sure what to do.

Sounds like u upgraded to the 2.3.320 leak. How and what did u do to try and get back to stock. Be as specfic as possible.

yeah, thats the one that i used!
The way that i was trying to get it back to normal was i used droid X recovery bootstrap and was thinking that if i put a different rom on that it would bring it back so that i could get it to stock so i just downloaded a mod and i know that i wiped the cache using clockwork mod then i tried to apply it via update.zip and in that process it would not boot up, it would just go to the M. so i tried to wipe data/factory reset and now i cant get to clockwork mod screen but i can still get to the stock update.zip screen. and i can get to the bootloader but its on 30.4

Well what u need to do is find the full 2.3.320 sbf with rsdlite 4.8 or higher...flash that sbf, that will bring ur phone back to life. From there, My Droid World has 4 files u can use to bring u current.

I believe that's the one I mistakenly upgraded to as well...completely nuked my phone.
