I think I broke it

Hey everyone.

I tried to update my Bionic from the 905 to ICS (leaked version), well, seemed to load ok, but then when i rebooted the phone then it came up with the "Boot Failed" message. I've tried RDS lite to bring it back to 905 and it keeps failing.

anyone have any clue of how to fix it? or am I stuck trying to claim insureance and getting a new one?
