am sure there is so many threads of what device to get. i am coming from iphone 5 i have decided thats its jut boring i know apple has the full eco system big deal. i use my phone for email heavy and texting heavy i also just want something more exciting then the current iphone 5. i know there are so many devices that its all about personal preference i do know the note is to big. i like to carry my phone in my pocket battery usage is not a big issues because i have my office or car to charge. believe it or not i was testing the z10 my friend got me one i wasent in love. both android and apple have plenty of apps. but for those who made the switch over and got tired of appls blah os what devices have you have found exciting.

Have you seen or demo'd any of the devices in person? I highly recommend you go and do that to get some hands-on experience and to hopefully find a device that really catches your eye. You really can't go wrong with any of the top devices currently out on Verizon.

I had the Galaxy Nexus and loved it. My wife now has it and she too loves it. I now have a Galaxy Note 2 and could not be more pleased. I love the big screen, speed, smoothness and battery life. I was like you in that I used to have a charger every where (car, bedside, desk, den chair, kitchen counter, work shop, etc. etc.) But now I end each day with a ton of battery left (40-60%) even with heavy use.

Good luck with your choice and I agree dez, go get some hands-on time with different phones.

Best choices right now are the RAZR/MAXX, Galaxy SIII & Note II, and the Droid DNA. The only issues I've seen with the SIII and Note are slight reception problems. I know you said you have a charger, but 4G is going to eat up that battery if you're syncing your email all the time. I'd say the RAZR MAXX will likely give you the best all-around satisfaction.

I have an HTC Rezound and my wife has a Razr Maxx. I had to buy an extended battery to try to match her battery life. I like both of them. My Rezound takes fantastic pics, too.

Yea some sick new phones always come out in the next few months, I would wait for the Samsung event in NYC (March 14th) at the very least before you make a commitment.

Ditto. Probable Quad core processor. Photosphere.

Personally I'd get the droid dna which has some really killer specs and the screen is stunning (my cousin has one) the or I'd get the droid razr maxx hd

I switched from the iPhone 4S, as I was considering getting the iPhone 5. I ended up buying Droid DNA and couldn't be happier with it. I was also considering the S3, but both my sister and her husband have that phone so I know what I would be getting. The DNA actually made my sister want to switch once she saw just how slick it is.

I'd recommend DNA
