Sup dudes? I just sold my Ipad mini for a Galaxy Tab. I've always been a droid user and am excited to check out my new tablet.

While impatiently waiting for it to come in the mail I've been wondering if there are any features of the Ipad that I will miss.

Honestly the only feature I really hope I don't have to sacrifice would be ibooks. After getting used to it I found myself saving all kinds of files to it for future use.

My question is, is there an alternative for Android that is just as easy to use? (The whole 'click the screen and select open in ibooks')

I'm not familiar with the feature. Are you talking about pdf files, or what kind of files exactly did you open in ibooks?

Ibooks does work with pdf files but it does more than just that. It allows you to save just about anything (including online content) to a folder for later viewing. Basically you have the option to open just about anything using ibooks, and by doing so you will be placing it in your ibooks library and be able to access it in the future.

this was a feature that I had really grown to enjoy and w I uld like to have similar capabilities with my Galaxy

I have not used it at all. .. but your device will come with Google Play books app. . Start there and see what your not getting. ;)

Play Books. That's what I use, but Idk about saving things for later to it.
