Icon Question

I just updated from Froyo to Gingerbread (ver 3.3.3) on my Motorola DX. Really nice - fixes some bugs and has some nice new features.

A question on one of the icons in the right side of the status bar. Can't figure out what it measns. It looks like 3 verticle wavy lines. When you turn the phone sideways, it looks like 3 capital "M's", but the normally vertical lines on the outside of the "M" are angled out.

Does anyone know what this icon indicates?

Thanks. I googled it yesterday and couldn't find anything. After I posted my question, I finally found the answer on the android forum. Yes, it looks like fried bacon, and yes it's the vibrate. I had no idea the gingerbread update reset my phone to vibrate only. When I fixed that, the bacon went away, and calling the phone makes it ring.

Aside from turning the ringer off, gingerbread is really nice, much more so than froyo.
