ICS & bloatware. What's safe to disable & what's not?

ICS & bloatware. What's safe to disable & not? How 2.

We know ICS can disable bloatware. How can one decide what is and what is not safe to disable.

Obviously things like NFL Mobile, Slacker, & Slingbox are ok, but what else.

If someone who knows could list here the items we can all "SAFELY" disable to save on battery life it would be helpful.

I've attached a screen shot of some I've disabled with no ill effects.

Oops here's the screen shot.

Oh yes for those who don't know.

1: Go to settings
2: Select apps
3: Slide top menu over to right until you see "ALL". Tap it.
4: Select an app you want to disable. When you select it you will see option to disable. Do so if desired. You can always change it back.

@@@@@ Disabled items appear at the end of the "ALL" list. Simply select a disabled one and select Enable. That's all.
