ICS Calculator and Gmail - Blacked Out! (updated 1/23)

Here are 2 of the apks I've inverted for ICS so far.. I did Gtalk and Mms but xkape got those already and on my mms it has an issue caused by my apktool so I gotta fix some stuff..

Anyway, Gmail was a tough one to invert and Calc is mainly themed since it's somewhat dark stock but it looks a lot better now.. unfortunately these are 2 separate download links since I make my Gmail's data apps...




Installation:


I'm guessing the easiest way is to uninstall Gmail from system first with Titanium Backup or Root Explorer, then before you reboot download the Calculator.zip and install it via recovery or if rom manager works on the GNex you can use that.. that reboot should be good for installing my Gmail as a normal app.. so it's not too bad I guess.. They've both been tested and work great... Enjoy!

Any chance you could update the gmail to 4.0.3? Specifically Axiom 2.4? Or will this work with it? I had it working in 2.3 but it won't install now that Axiom has updated to 2.4

I am using it on Axiom 2.4 right now. How are you trying to install it?

I uninstalled the one with the rom with TIBU than installed the 4.0.2 apk. That was earlier, I'll try it again. If you have it going, no reason I shouldn't be able to get it.

No problem. After you delete it remember to reboot your phone. It will not work if you delete and go right for the install.

love the looks of he gmail app, but having a hard time distinguishing read emails vs unread emails due to being so dang close in colors....
