#1 that I want is the new notification center.
Currently when you swipte down the NotyCenter it has all your notifications there. If you hit CLEAR it clears them all. You can't just clear one unless you click on it. So for example you get 7 updates for apps. You have a txt message. You have 6 emails. Right now there is no easy way to clear just the App notices but leave the other notices. With ICS you can swipe them to clear them one by one. So I can swipe the app notices that I don't want to see, away. Leave a few I might want to check on. It's much more user friendly.
We also should be getting a newer Sense which has some different lock screens we can use.
