ICS launcher and car dock?

I really hate Motorola's car dock for the Razr (unsafe in my opinion) but love the old Droid's version (original Google version), but the market says it's incompatible with my Razr. How do I get this installed, and is it buggy?

Also, some things Motorola did to ICS's home launcher is lacking from Google's normal launcher. Is there a stock launcher I can install that will work with the Razr?
