ICS lock screen

After taking the 4.04 ota and rooting, now i never get the lock screen when pushing the power button from screen being off. If it matters i am using apex launcher. TIA

Ics lockscreen wont work with a pattern or pin set. Remove your pattern or pin and give it a try.

I don't think it's a fix. Some people feel security is pointless if someone can still send and receive texts, take pictures and answer phone.

I had the same issue when I upgraded to ICS. A wipe and reinstall got my lock screen back

I'm not sure what you mean. The ICS lockscreen is designed to bring up the pattern lock after pressing power. The only time you get the regular lockscreen is if the phone is asleep or you have not setup lockscreen security.

Maybe I misunderstood. I read it like you were having problems with the lock screen not coming up at all

On your RAZR, go to settings > security> lock screen> swipe. If it is set to "none" than the phone will automatically go to the home screen.
