ICS OTA install error

I have downloaded and tried to run the OTA install of ICS and I get "install error" everytime.
Any advise? It would be greatly appreciated.

yes use fastboot to do your update.

Follow this procedure. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-4-hacks/221114-i-need-step-step-flashing-219-a.html I had the same issue. I have ICS
