ICS with Cyan 9 problems

I followed all the steps with installing Cyanmod 9 over ics 4.0.4 and when I start the phone up, I have no Google play store or contacts or any account info. And I can't find a way to sign into anything. Theres no apps that I had. Only the base stuff. Did I miss a step or something??
