ICS with USB tethering

I am using EasyTether to connect my Fascinate to my PC for Internet access. In my office I have 2 PC's that are wirelessly networked. On the PC that is tethered can I set up ICS and connect it to my wireless router so that both PC use the internet conectivity of the Fascinate? If so how?
