Droidth3ory has a ICS ROM in the works he has pictures of it booted on a Razr on twitter.

Hadn't, but appreciate you reposting. Looks good - except I would really rather keep the existing lock screen or a version of it. I hate swiping upward, especially with a phone this big.

lol Thanks rubiks, but the mods already landed. Didn't know those words were not allowed, I guess taken too lightly...
That's amazing, I guess DroidTh3ory really knows what he is doing if he got that far without a way back, besides exchanging the phone.

If i read it correctly I believe hashcode has safestrap working for the Razr.

If you find the right VZW store, you don't need to replace your phone.
I have soft bricked a few times. Never exchanged my phone. Make friends at your local store. Lol
