I can not get ics to install on my phone. I need help please.

Based on what is in your post, you just joined, this is your first post, you supplied no information on what you attempted so far, your best bet may be to take the phone to the nearest Verizon store and ask them to help. Otherwise, try going to Menu, Settings, scroll down to bottom to Software Update, hit Check New, and that should bring up the first of two downloads that will install ICS on your Rezound. Follow prompts from there. Be sure your phone battery is at least 50% charged, and preferably you are on WiFi if your data bucket is limited. The second download is about 300 MB. (You cannot upgrade if you are not in a native Verizon area)

Just to clarify one point. The OTA is NOT counted against your data. It will appear in your myverizon app or online as additional data but Verizon has stated as much before. That O/S software updates will not count against you.
