Idk how or would. Apex status_bar_background.png

I was hoping if someone had the apex status_bar_background.png so my drop down menu background would be darker than liberty and still have transparent in it. I tried editing the liberty one but I could not see it to do it.

I could be editing the wrong thing, if so please tell me what it is. Please ....
