I want something where I can completely LOCK the phone remotely and it will stay locked down no matter what. (unless you have the code) I don't care if it is an SMS lock or even a lock that needs to be implemented via the internet.

I use Mobil Defense but they are not accepting any more users at this time. I believe Wave Secure is, but there is a price to that. I think it's 20.00. Try looking in the Market for it or doing a google.

Lookout is a good app too. At least for finding the phone. I think it gives you remote wipe access too. And its free.
