If you want to be able to play .wav files for free in froyo from vonage fios etc..

download rockplayer it works to play .wav files.

go into setting of rockplayer uncheck "show media files only" then select the .wav file you need to play and hit the normal mode button and your all set!

most wav files played prior to froyo but they took the ability out of froyo at least for voicemails from vonage etc...

Only issue now is the Gmail app not allowing to DOWNLOAD the file, only way is to go to gmail.com from the browser.

Preview option is there for Rockplayer but it fails to open the file with error:

"can't open content://gmail-ls/messages/user/attachments/0.1/BEST/false to play"

Is there any fix for this? The GMail app is driving me nuts!
