im new and could use some help

[s4 power]

i keep trying to use the RSDlite to root my droid, here is my problem.
i install the drivers
then download rsd
then download the .sdb or whatever it is file
open up rsd and set my droid to the black usb screen i go to rsd to find device after i put the file into it and nothing happens
my phone isnt even coming up as its attached

can someone please help me
