im new and need help!!!!!

well today i decieded i would learn how to put a new rom on my phone i have the droid 2. i never did any of this before. so i got it all loaded useing some threads off this site. i decieded i didnt really like it. so i wanted to go back to the origanal version. well one thing lead to another and now i have a black screen that says bootloader d0.11 battery ok ok to program transfer mode usb. what do i do?!!!

ok i got that done but now it says that it is in airplane mode when i try to activate my phone. i turn off the airplane mode, and try again. and it says the same thing.
