Images on WiFi, but not 3G

I surfed some website over WiFi last night, but now when I surf the same site over 3G I do not see the images. Is there a setting for images over 3G? Could the website know that I'm over 3G? These are TrafficCam images.

I am also having issues loading any images in my browser.
