IMM76K update not updating

Okay so I'm running Eclipse v1.6.4 and restored the original stock ROM to update it. So it downloaded okay, rebooted but stops installing about a quarter of the way through. Then I just get a picture of the Android with a red exclamation point. Just wondering what is wrong and how do I update my phone?

Same here except I am on the stock rom... not sure what is causing it yet.

Same here. Spoke with Verizon tier 2 support for an hour. They said we have to wait 10 days from release date to try to pull the update. If this fails, then get a replacement.

Failed update IMM76K

Same problem. My phone is still on 4.02. The download has tried and failed multiple times. Was there an OTA 4.03?

Nope. Went from 4.0.2 to 4.0.4.

Same here and this is what I did -Unbrick, Unroot, Relock, Restore your Galaxy Nexus to Factory you should be back on stock recovery which will allow you to pull the 4.0.4 update in. There are posts here on how to force the ota.
