import contacts from outlook 2007

Hi,

I am trying to import my information from my contacts to my DROID MOTA855 but I have a unique request:

1. I don't want my information to be on gmail or sync automatically
2. I don't want my information to be on Exchange and again, could care less for automatically syncing.

I don't want anything going to any server for it to be imported to my phone.

I tried exporting as a CSV file, then imported the contacts to my SD card, but that didn't work whatsoever.
