Can you import "Address Book" from MAC OS X to Droid Eris "People"?

Can you import "Address Book" from MAC OS X to Droid Eris "People"?

I believe Mac OS X can sync with google. If so, sync to your google account and then it will sync to your Eris automatically.

If you can't sync you can always import by exporting your address book to a spreadsheet.
