Importing contacts from blackberry

Girlfriend had a blackberry. All her contacts are saves on backup assitabt but I guess that's a blur thing. She has the htc incredible and I would really like to know there's an easy way to import them. Her phone is rooted on a gingerbread rom now.

Export to sd, import them into the gmail account tied to the device.
PC browser gmail is much easier to use.
