Same here. My data cuts in n out, each followed by that 'IMSFramework is not responding' prompt, after which my data resumes once I confirm to close the troubled service.

I'm wondering if this is related to any 3rd party software we have running. I'm rooted, have CPU master enabled, rom manager, titanium, adaway, and of course superuser. running 4.0.4 with verizon. that's basically all I have concerning root. Anyone else share similarities?

IMS Framework Mesage

I have the Galaxy Nexus and I get that error from time to time too. phone is new and never damaged. Interested to know what this is. Think I will follow this thread.
