In call volume too low

I just installed the latest version of ZS and in call volume is very quiet with the volume turned up all the way. I tried speaker and get the same result. Videos and music play loud and clear though.
Ideas?

Just so you know that is a gingerbread problem not a rom problem. Don't hold it against ZS haha.

True, have had this happen me almost every time I've flashed a GB rom :/
