Insurance replacement

My Bionic has been acting up a little My question is has anybody gotten a bad replacement? I know the phones are refurbished and I had bad experiences with other refurbished phones.

Yep, I just got a bad replacement recently where the earpiece speaker ceased functioning properly only 1.5 weeks after i got it. They sent me another replacement that arrived this friday. So far, so good, but it's only been 2 days.

If your phone is messing up, you may as well get it replaced under warranty. Refurb phones can suck, but just keep calling and making them send you a new one until you get one that works like it should.
