Intergrated Battery Question

OK, so I hope this is not an elementary question. I've been reading lots of comparisons between the Bionic and the Razr, but I've not read anything concerning the integrated battery on the Razr. For all you Razr users, what happens if it's determined you have a bad battery? IMO, my thoughts are to go with Bionic to avoid not having phone for a week. Has anyone had any issues? What did they do for you at the store?

I gave that some thought before my purchase and I was actually considering the Bionic (but really wanted the Razr). I took the chance on the build quality and technology of the Razr and now the Razr Maxx. I have not been disappointed thus far.
