Intermittent sound in music and ringtone

Hi guys ,
I have a problem in sound in my phone "meizu m5"
the sound does not play continuously , it plays ,stops for few seconds then plays again then stops again...& so on.. it's very annoying
however this does not happen in youtube or watching stored videos or playing games
only happens if you play music (audio) , selecting ringtone from sound settings or if the phone is ringing when someone is calling me
Did that happen to anyone here ? and how to solve it ?

Hmm sorry not familiar with phone.. does it happen on WiFi and cellular service ?
