internet connection has disapperared for several days...why?

on thursday evening I noticed that my internet wouldn't work. the littrle 3G symbol was gone, didn't think it was a big deal b/c was in spot of my house that happens from time to time. well now its sunday and still no connectivity. I've restarted my phone serveral times and taken the battery out. I checked the wireless settings and nothing seems to be different. Does this happen to anyone else with a D2?? I've had this phone for a year and nothing like this has ever happened! I'm losing my mind!!!

I don't think so...I did download a app called juice defender about a week ago to help with battery life, I think it may have altered some setting to conserve battery?? I uninstalled it today but still no connectivity what so ever.

There were a few outages yesterday. You should call VZW. And complain.

Did it ever start working? What have you done to resolve this?

This has happened to me today. I was on a car trip and was in and out of data roaming areas, and everything has been fine in areas of VZW coverage. But as I got back into my home area I get good phone coverage but no 3G symbol. I can connect via wifi no problem. I've tried everything I know but no 3G. This sucks.

After about 6 hours the problem has corrected itself. I think vzw is screwing with my unlimited data plan. Grrrrrr.
