Hello DroidForums community. My name is Matt and I have been lurking your boards for about a month now.

I've had my droid for about that long, and have just recently obtained root, overclocked to 1100 MHz, and installed the Bugless Beauty, and now love my phone more than my family.

Just thought id introduce myself, and thank you all for the helpful posts thus far!

welcome to the hottest place in town! Overclocking to 1.1GHZ is pretty huge, and i guess it wont last long with the heat developing inside! Make sure you dont need warranty anymore

Oh trust me, it didn't take long to realize that. I made sure to set my slider back down to a much more manageable 800 MHz, and my droid is comfortably cool now. Though it is nice to crank it up when I'm playing SNES.
