IP address banned?

I cant view the forums from my phone.....I keep getting an error message saying my IP address has been banned. Has anyone else had this issue?

We had an issue early this morning but have since fixed it. Try clearing all the cookies out of your mobile browser and logging in again. I just checked on my phone and it works.
