IPhone Appointment Program

My wife who ditched her Droid for an IPhone 4 showed me how cool the time setting for the IPhone was when setting appointments (like a scroll wheel).

Is there a program for Android that can do this? I hate the way android does it...

Yeah but the android market is very hard to search. It could exist but finding it is a different story.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to code something like that. I need to get the hang of Java so I can code something like this myself.
