iPod vehicle interface for Android

My wife's vehicle has a USB port into which she can plug the USB cable for her iPhone and play here music through the car stereo. Is there a cable that will allow for this on my Android device. Specifically, I have the Bionic. I didn't think it would play media through the USB port, and I didn't think there is an HDMI to USB cable, but I wanted to check.

I have the bionic as well. For my Sony Mex 3900u, usb does work when you set the usb to windows media sync. You can browse music through the head unit by folder, pretty nice for me. You can also pair it with bluetooth and play music and make phone calls through the unit. In very happy with the head unit but you will need an external mic if you are going to make calls on it.

Keep in mind that YMMV with other head units. Not all usb head units are the same only newer ones can do what my Sony can so give it a shot and if it don't work you can get an fm modulator to use with your headphone output.
