Was looking around on Irc freenode and have to say I was lost completely, even typing # sourcery in the search area. What exactly do I do to find you guys. Very confusing site.

Just go to Sourceryrom.com and connect to the IRC through the IRC page.
I use IceChat to connect and its preconfigured all you have to do is add the Sourcery Channel.

I set up a client on sourceryrom.com like chizelle said all u have to do is pick a nick name enter the captcha and log on
