IronMan 3 Game Wont Play

Has anyone been able to play the new Ironman 3 game from Gameloft on the Droid X. I have turned my old phone into a game system for my son, and he really wants to play this new game, but every time i try to open it, the phone turns to a black screen, and then reverts back to the previous screen, app drawer. Just wondering if it can be played and my ROM is the problem, or is it just too much for our phone.

Could someone please just download the Ironman 3 game and let me know if it plays on the droid x? I would be very grateful to any help or knowledge that anyone can provide.

I see. So it doesn't show up on the unrooted DroidX. I suppose that means it isn't supposed to work with this device then. So that's that. It was bound to happen. The device is getting pretty old. Thanks.
