Is it possible to hide the unlock pattern dots?

I don't want anything on the screen basically. I'd like for it to look like the normal slider screen but would have to use the unlock pattern to open up your home screen. Does anything like this exists?

I would love this. If it exists (which I doubt it), someone please tell me where to get it!

If not (which is probably likely), a dev needs to jump on this opportunity!
