Is the a way to find lat and lon?

Hello, I just got the Droid yesterday and it's my first "smartphone", I'm hoping to use it extensively in my volunteer work, but in oreder to not have to bring an additional GPS, I need to be able to find the lat and lon of my location. I can't seem to find a way to do this and the websites that offer this service do not produce maps on the droid. I'm no techie, so I'm asking for simple help.

Thank You,

Ridley

You can install the "Orienteer" program from the Market (free). It starts out in compass mode but then you can press the menu button and get GPS which will show you your latitude and longitude numbers.

Oh, cool.

Thank you very much, this will help me a lot.

My life is getting easier already :icon_ banana:
