Is the data issue on the moto Razr? or Is the bionic the only phone that has it?

I was wondering, i have the bionic, and it has the data issue, and the fix for it is supposed to come out b4 xmas, however, is the Razr known to have the problem also? i might jsut exchange that and pay extra if the razr works better and does not have the data issue.
