Obviously 4460 is faster but way faster??? I just can't decide between the two... My heart is telling me razr cause its nice but the battery thing kills is for me. I'm not a rooter but I like the extended battery....

Theprocessor will be about the same, the benefit will come from a ~25% faster GPU, 304 MHz vs 384 MHz.

TI has a very nice description of the differences between the 4430 and 4460 processors showing significant performance improvements in the 4460 which was originally called the 4440.

In addition TI makes the following statement 2:14 into the video below about improved battery usage:

"An interesting thing is that when we went from 4430 to 4460 we did optimize design of the Cortex A9 so we are actually able to get higher performance which allows us at the same frequency to use less power."
